Reiki is a form of energy healing known as "universal life force energy.” This energy flows through the hands & aura to heal and upgrade the place of intention. Level 1 focuses on infusion of the power of the universe through the Cho Ku Rei symbol, which acts like a light switch to bring physical healing. The focus of intention is on Self healing. Level 1 can be used on its own, or as a first step in a path towards healing others and/or teaching.

Christina is a Reiki Master/Teacher attuned in 2019. She devotedly serves as a channel for Reiki energy to those ready to align and heal body/mind/emotions and spirit. The nearly universal impact of her service is a feeling of peace and calm, and ranges from emotional release to pain relief to mystical experiences. The small group class is optimized to balance community support & healing with individualized attention in the learning process. The individual option is great for self learners, and includes in-person or virtual attunement.
