Bring your journal & join Christina, meditation teacher & Reiki Master/Teacher, for a weekly 1 hour workshop series to facilitate your self healing journey. We will progress from root to crown energy centers and learn tools from multiple wisdom traditions. We will use a variety of sound healing, simple breath processes, and the information provided by our bodies moment to moment. Bring your open mind and take these practices home with you, empowered with new perspective to continue your journey! Students are welcome to join all in the series, or any individual class offering.
